1. What if it rains or storms the day of my event?
- If there is bad weather forecasted on the day of your event, we will offer an option to reschedule.
2. What is the cancellation policy?
- We require AT LEAST 7 days notice for reschedule or cancellation. No refunds if after this period of time.
3. Who provides the water for the units that require water?
- The customer will provide the water to hook up to the units. Mad Bounce will provide the hose and the other necessary equipment needed.
4. Is delivery and set up included?
- Yes it is! For the price shown, that includes delivery, set up, and take down within a 10 mile radius of Trenton, MI.
5. How big are the bounce houses?
- Pretty large! For exact measurements, reference the details on each page.
6. Does Mad Bounce Downriver also offer generator rental?
- Yes, we offer generator rentals for a flat rate of $100/ generator. Generators are used when there is no available power source within 100 feet of where you intend on us setting up the inflatable.
7. How much room do I need for the Inflatables to fit in my location?
- You will need about 6 feet clearance around the inflatable just to be safe. Our men will let you know the best location for the inflatable.
8. Will the inflatable harm my grass?
- No, the inflatable will not harm your grass.
9. How often are units cleaned?
- After every use! First we setup the inflatable, vacuum it, then wipe it thoroughly with our cleaning solution.
10. Can the unit be set up on a drive way, concrete or parking lot?
- Yes! Please let us know on the time of your rental . We will have to bring tarps and sand bags for the installation.
